Our Return and Refund Policies
Returns/Cancellations
Unopened or unused items may be returned for either exchange or online store credit within 30 days of purchase, with or without receipt. Online purchases may be returned at any Salt Cellar store with proof of purchase or return via USPS Parcel mail. Salt Cellar will provide free return shipping for online purchases.

If you need to cancel your order before it has shipped, you may do so by calling us at 603-373-0064 Monday through Friday between the hours of 10AM-4PM EST. Please note that depending on timing of the order, we may not always be able to cancel the order before it’s shipped. In the event this happens, you may return the order within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund – shipping costs paid by us.

Shipping Costs
We are located in the USA, and also ship internationally. For orders to the contiguous 48 states of $59 or more, we offer free shipping. Our shipping costs for orders that are less than $59 or outside those 48 states is carrier-calculated. This means that shipping costs will vary based off of the carrier’s rates and the delivery location specified.

Return Costs
We will cover return shipping costs for any unopened goods that are returned within 30 days after delivery. These goods can be used for either store credit or to exchange for other products.

Damaged/Incorrect Goods
If you receive damaged or incorrect goods you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund – shipping costs paid by us. Missing items from your order will be shipped at no charge.

Himalayan salt products are a natural item and are not guaranteed against cracking or breakage.

Returns after cancellation period
Unfortunately, we cannot offer full refunds for orders beyond the 30 day range described above.
