Sel Gris Salt

The distinctive gray color of our Sel Gris Salt comes from the clay lining the salt ponds it is sourced from. The clay lining found in the salt ponds is extraordinarily rich in minerals and nutrients not often found in standard sea salts. Slightly damp and textured, this classic yet very unique seasoning makes a lovely salt rub for steaks and other meats. It also pairs well on roasted vegetables, eggs, and more!
